My-own-voice service encountered some technical issues between February 3 – 7 due to a hacking attempt. The service was discontinued from the day one of the notification and we took immediately some preventive measures accordingly. Our security & legal department took a set of actions to handle the potential threat and to assess the situation. As of today, we can confirm none of the followings were impacted: personal data, technology, voices and recordings. We are conducting further analysis and we will provide further notice shortly.
