Since 2007, ALS Switzerland has been dedicated to support people living with ALS and their families throughout the country.
We work to preserve autonomy, enhance quality of life, and ensure social inclusion for people living with ALS. We connect individuals and families, share practical knowledge on care, assistive devices, home adaptations, and available support services, and provide clear advice on legal, administrative, and financial matters. We represent the voice of people living with ALS at the national level and contribute to a strong international network.

We provide counseling and psychological support, free loans of essential equipment, community programs, information and awareness initiatives, and direct financial aid when other funding is unavailable – with a strong focus on voice banking, enabling people living with ALS to preserve their unique voice and maintain personal communication even as the disease progresses.
Terms of support
Anyone living in Switzerland with a confirmed diagnosis of ALS who is not eligible for support from another organization.
